Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any lipstick or cosmetic product that has been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@marbellabeautyclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different shade, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Founders Edition orders are subject to the same returns policy. The exclusive pink casing and lifetime discount are attached to your account upon purchase and are not affected by a return of the physical product.
